How to migrate old *ALLUSR data using BRMS to V6R1

QUESTION:
I want migrate from an old 520 I5OS V5R3M0 machine to new a new Power6 with V6R1. I use BRMS in my old machine so how can I migrate an old BRMS database and *ALLUSR to a new machine by BRMS?

There are very detailed procedures for upgrading from one OS Release to another. It is much more complicated than just using BRMS to restore *ALLUSR data.
