QUESTION POSED ON: 30 December 2008
I am using Personal Communications 5.7. I have loaded a new computer (Windows XP sp2). I set it up the same way as I set up the old computer, and connected the same printer, a HP ps2015 USB printer with a printer session. Everything is able to print but the print screen, which does not print from file print screen nor the icon. What do I need to do in order to print the print screen?

Have you gone through the File | Printer Setup.. / Setup process? That would be the first thing I would want to examine thoroughly. If everything else prints okay, then the problem probably lies in your 5.7 setup and you would need to further analyze that.
