QUESTION POSED ON: 26 November 2008
We are using a product called Esend from Helpsystems to distribute output from the AS/400 electronically. We are in the process of switching over to a new Exchange server that will require basic authentication. My question is: How do I configure the Anymail framework to do basic authentication?

I would assume the easiest solution will be to configure the Exchange server to allow mail forwarding request coming from the AS/400 machine. I am not familiar enough with Anymail, but my guess is that it does not support authentication to the mail router.
