QUESTION POSED ON: 22 February 2006
We have three *IPDS printers attached to one e-Twinax controller -- all sharing the same IP. All spool files sent to these three printers remain in a PND status, forever. What can be done to clear this?

You need to assign each printer its own IP address. With all three printers sharing an IP address, the iSeries can't talk to a particular device.
