What is the relationship between QZDAOSINIT jobs and QDBSRVnn tasks?

As I recall, the QZDAOSINIT jobs are related to ODBC connections. There is probably very little relationship between the two different job types, although obviously they are having a contention problem of some sort on a low level object, perhaps a data space (which is the 'below the MI' term for a file/table).
