QUESTION POSED ON: 19 January 2006
I am having an issue using the print screen function on iSeries Client Access since we upgraded it to 5.7. The print screen just prints blank pages; I have checked the page setup options and they look fine 10 CPI 6 LPI, and Courier font (tried both default W1 and new). Also the Print Nulls as spaces is checked.

Do you have any other advice? I see that there is now a print graphics option in the file menu; however, it is "grayed out" currently.

When you go in to Printer Setup (under the File menu option), try clicking the option for Use PDT (printer definition table), then click on the button labeled Select PDT -- the button will become 'Active' once you click on the check box) and choose your printer.
