Most likely, the system thinks the objects are "in use" by another process. You didn't say which commands you've tried so I'll list the ones that may be helpful – Release IFS Locks (RLSIFSLCK) as well as the List Object Locks (QWCLOBJL) API, which takes a pathname.xc ==================================
