How can I logging or audit the interactive SQL session, without the users knowing?

Interactive SQL doesn't have any specific tools, you would need to look at using object-level auditing or database monitors.

Another option is the QIBM_QDB_OPEN exit point that was added to V5R2 & V5R3. It's similar to object-level auditing, but can provide more info and greater control. More details can be found here.
