QUESTION POSED ON: 12 May 2004
After being audited this year, the auditors (who in my opinion know absolutely nothing about iSeries security) have asked me to create a "Security officers best practices guide". Can you recommend any articles/documents or books that could help me get started with this?

My latest book, Experts' Guide to OS/400 Security, will be available in early to mid-May. It provides recommendations based on industry best practices. You can go to the website and order it there or it should be available from Amazon by mid-May.
