QUESTION POSED ON: 16 April 2004
I want to issue a stored procedure command from an ASP page to an iSeries DB2 database across my firewall. What ports do I need to open?

>
The ASP page will need to use an ODBC driver (most likely the iSeries Access ODBC driver) to perform the Stored Procedure call to a DB2 UDB for iSeries server. You may want to look at Stored Procedures & Triggers on DB2 UDB for iSeries.
