Callasic csv file should contain quotes however you may try the following:
* Use command as follows on the iSeries:
CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(DBFILE) TOFILE(CSVFILE) STRDLM(*NONE)
* Use ASCII file transfer in CA to download the result file (i.e. CSVFILE) ==================================
