A couple of points.
You NEED to be using WebSphere Development Studio
Client for the iSeries, NOT the older WDTI and VAJAVA.
Also, WAS 3.5.7 isn't a recommended runtime for
WebFacing, although IBM will disagree. My customers
run on WebSphere 4 or 5, WebSphere Express or Tomcat
very successfully.
Finally, the WebFacing tool generates a
wfapp.properties file in the conf directory of the Web
app UNLESS you're using the latest version of the
WebFacing tool, which puts the config information in a
web.xml file. ==================================
