What's happening to my printouts?

My company is having a problem with the way our printouts are being done. The Lexmark Optra M410's that we are using print out information in landscape format, even though they are set to print in portrait. The problem seems to be dealing with the configuration of the printer itself on the AS/400 system. Do you know of any specific driver or setting that we can use in order to be able to fix this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Landscape is done due to cor (computer reduction). This is the reason (shortly): the AS/400 sees spoolwith record length 132 and knows the printer is supporting a4.

Since A4 is not wide enough for 132 chars it will automatically request the printer to use landscape.

There are two possible solutions:

1. Set the PAGRTT parameters in the spool file to 0 instead of *auto.

2. Create a customized driver as described here.
