I get asked this by candidates all the time. I wish there was an easy formula for calculating one's worth. I have declined to do salary surveys because this is one area I find to be very arbitrary. You can probably find many salary surveys out on the internet but how accurate are they for YOU?. You need to take numerous items into consideration: Number of years of experience, type of experience, where the job is located, the current economy and job market in your area, how much you like or don't like the company and its benefits, where are you going in your career, and the list goes on.
You need to ask yourself, "What is your job worth to you?" Good Luck!
