Using CPYTOSTMF to create download file

We are trying to create a download file from an iSeries 400 to an agency that requires a fixed length, ASCII file with carriage returns and line feeds. It appears we can have one or the other with the CPYTOPCD command based upon the TRNFMT parameter. CPYTOSTMF may, but when creating this file, it does not appear to be doing the EBCDIC to ASCII conversion. When trying to use the STMFCODPAG parm, it comes up as not valid.


Use the CPYTOSTMF like this:

 CPYTOSTMF FROMMBR('qsys.lib/qtemp.lib/qsrcf.file/temp.mbr/')
          TOSTMF(&TOSTMF)                                  
          STMFOPT(*REPLACE)                                 
          CVTDTA(*AUTO)                                     
          DBFCCSID(*FILE)                                   
          STMFCODPAG(819)                                   
          ENDLINFMT(*CRLF)
