Could you suggest some way that I can transfer data from an Excel spreadsheet to a database file with the rows and columns of the spreadsheet mapping to the fields in the database file using Client Access preferably.
Starting from client access express V4R4 with the correct service pack you can use the (great) excel upload wizard.
