Sufficient authority, but not *ALLOBJ authority

I have a user that adds queries to other user's libraries on a regular basis. I've given her a menu item with the following parameter: GRTOBJAUT OBJ(RAYQRY/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*ALL) USER(RSHERWOO) AUT(*ALL)

How can I get her to run this command without giving her *ALLOBJ authority?
I would put the command string you listed into a CL program and have that program adopt a user that has sufficient authority to run the command string.
