Q

Storing subscripts in a file

Do you know if it is possible to store subscripts in a file or if they can be printed?
In the EBCDIC character set there are a few superscript characters, but they are not really useful. In a raw text string, there is no way to specify that a character should be superscript or subscript. You need a word processing package, which uses control characters to change font characteristics, and which will include drivers to ensure that formatting is understandable to the printer you use. Look in iSeries magazines or websites, or search the net, to find a product that may give you what you want.
