Q

RUNRMTCMD error message

I'm trying to run the RUNRMTCMD. Every time I do, I get error CWBAR1009: 'Required user ID is either missing or...

invalid'. I've tried using my iSeries user ID and my Windows user ID, but I get the same error message each time. I'm running CAE V5R1 and OS/400 V5R1. How do I get this error fixed?

This error is a well-known problem. This error will occur if the PC has been set up in such a way that the iSeries system name has been specified in the remote command security information (for example, RCHAS400). Click here to see a resolution to this problem.
