Problems with iSeries Access for the Web

We just installed iSeries Access for the Web(5722-XH2). While doing our test, we noticed that some DDS keywords in our display files were not working. We did a search and found WebFacing tool support for DDS keywords. Is it safe to assume that whatever DDS keywords supported by WebFacing applies to iSeries Access for Web? If not, how do we resolve this problem?

Bad news … sort of. The WebFacing tool is UNRELATED to iSeries Access for the Web, which uses the 5250 data stream to generate Web pages. The WebFacing tool uses 5250 data buffers (not the same thing). If you are having problems with iSeries Access for the Web, look for current PTFs and APARS from IBM or report it as a new problem. Unfortunately, IBM DOESN'T report open problems, only ones they've generated a PTF for normally so you won't know if your problem is one others have hit yet.
