We have a printer session running through our Citrix server and the printing has been OK. We installed the new iSeries navigator and now the printing is all scrunched together. Any suggestions or advice?
Check the configuration for the printer session in the navigator. The default font and printer driver have been changed. Find the correct printer/driver and transform and that will fix it.
