Since the migration from V4R5M0 to V5R1M0, my iSeries 400 NetServer fails to start
properly, and in the qsysopr msgq appears an error: MSGID CPIB683, with
reason code = 5 and return code 3448:
Netbios over TCP/IP start fails. Why is this?
