Q

NTFS via NetServer

I have an iSeries OS/400 machine and a Windows 2000 server machine. Is there a way to mount a file system from the iSeries to the Windows machine, and have that file system managed by Windows as an NTFS file system? I know NetServer provides support like this, but it's not at all clear to me that NetServer provides the NTFS support I need.
As far as I know, the NetServer cannot support NTFS, however, you may consider:

* Using integrated Window server support.

* Reverse roles, that is, store the files as NTFS on the Windows NT server and access the NT from the iSeries by using the /QNTC virtual directory.
