Journal receivers on the iSeries

I have a lot of journal receivers in my iSeries. I want to transfer them to my PC and read and store them there as this take a lot disk spaces. Is there software that manages this?
I have not heard of any software that moves OS/400 journal receivers off-line to be stored on a PC.
