JWalk--How does it work?

How JWalk works? What is the architecture? Does it expose some COM API's to interact with a Web page?

While I don't have any direct experience using JWalk, it appears to use COM, DOM and proprietary connection methods. I would assume it is using ports to pass transactions and data back and forth. The other part is probably Workstation Display API's to handle the calls and the back and forth. The one customer I have that was considering using it said they were told that to implement it, the vendor "Strongly Suggested" they contract a staff from the vendor to complete the transition.
