Implementing the iSeries Access for Web alpha code

I want to implement the iSeries Access for Web alpha code. The document tells me I need 5733-WA3, 5733-WA2, 5733-AS3 or 5733-AS2. My machine is at OS/400 4.5, which I understood to include the minimum WebSphere. However, I don't have the above on my LIC PGM panel. Do I need full-blown, pay for, Websphere, for iSeries Access for Web alpha, or am I missing something!


Access for the Web can be used with WebSphere Application Server Standard edition (5733 as2 or as3).

5733as2 is free of charge--you can install it if it is not installed on your system (using RSTLICPGM).

Bottom line -- you can use Access for the Web with the free version of WebSphere.
