How to update Domino directly to AS/400

How can I update Domino data directly to AS/400? Do I have to set up a DECS environment? I tried to set one up, but how can I tell if it worked? Who do I check with for the setup of DECS environment?
You could do this via DECS or LSX agents. Verifying that it works should be fairly straightforward. If you see a value changed, it worked. There is also a DECS log that gets written to if you use DECS as your method for changing the data. If you are still having issues, let me know.
