How can I find the size of the Directories? ie the Notes directory.

Either through the Operations Navigator "File Systems" container or through a mapped drive using Netserver Support you can right click on any directory and select properties. The number of files in the directory and their cumulative size will be displayed as shown in this example:
Type: File Folder
Size: 85.10MB (89,237,298 bytes)
Contains: 2,287 files, 1 Folder
