Enhancements to journaling in V5R1

Where can I find detailed information on the enhancements to journaling in V5R1? I am specifically looking for information on the option to journal minimum data. I believe when this option is used, only the fields that have changed get journaled instead of the whole record. Do you have any idea of how this might impact the journal receiver size and the performance of the journal receivers?

I printed this book and read it from cover to cover. It is the best description of using journaling on the iSeries that I have ever come across.
