Developing in PHP

Do you know if IBM will in the future support developing in PHP (in a Linux partition) and DB2 in a OS/400 partition, with new language functions?

I'm not aware of any effort at this point by IBM to support PHP as a server side scripting language in any environment. My current choices are JSPs or Perl for scripting.
