What's the best way to convert DDS to SQL? I'm concerned with the logical files used to create foreign key relationships? Will the logical file come over as views, or foreign key tables in the conversion? I need to convert an entire schema. What's the best utility for this?

I'm not aware of any utilities (that doesn't mean there isn't one out there) that will automatically convert your files/logicals to SQL. In conversion, the logicals should convert using a foreign key. You will probably have to write a utility on your own to extract the fields and create your source to convert to SQL.
