Answer an inquiry message with a delay

I need to be able to automatically answer an inquiry message from a job but with a delay. A one-minute delay is needed to allow the tape drive to switch tapes (Message CPA4088, load next tape volume). How can this be done?
I am assuming that you are using a CL program. If that is the case, include a DLYJOB DLY(60)in the CL right after it has received the CPA4088 message. That will delay the process for one minute.
