Access the system threshold value via an RPG program

Is there a way I can access the iSeries system threshold value (i.e.: 90%) via an RPG program? I've looked at your info concerning QSTGLOWLMT, but I need the actual threshold limit as defined via SST.

Not as far as I'm aware. There are API's to retrieve thresholds by ASP and the system value QSTGLOWLMT, however the value entered in SST is not a value that is available. Changes to QSTGLOWLMT and/or the ASP thresholds (through DST), do not impact the value of the threshold limit in SST. In some cases, changes to the threshold in SST can change the system value QSTGLOWLMT (as in V4R4). I've never been able to find where the value is actually stored.
