You can use a variety of methods to accomplish this task. You can use an ODBC driver, such as Client Access or Client Access Express ODBC drivers supplied with your iSeries, or use another vendor ODBC drivers by searching on Search400.com for ODBC. You can also write CGI's on the iSeries using RPG, C or COBOL programs to perform your functions using a variety of utilities or the freeware CGIDEV2 library supplied by Giovanni and the wonderful group at IBM Italy.
