A utility to retrieve a certain day of the month

Is there a utility to retrieve the last Friday of the current month? Ex: March 29 is the last Friday of March 2002. Do you have a sample program that I can download?

I am not aware of any system utilities to do this, but Julian Moneypenny wrote a nice suite of date utilities that are available on iseriesnetwork.com. You can check there.
